This move is an exciting step as we continue to grow and improve our services. To ensure a smooth transition, we want to make you aware of some important dates and changes to our dispatch and customer service operations.
Key Dates to Remember:
- Order Dispatch: The dispatch of all orders will stop at 12 PM on 13th December. Any orders placed after this time will not be processed or dispatched until the week commencing 6th January 2025.
- Customer Service Availability: Our customer service team will remain available until 12 PM on 23rd December. After this time, our office will be closed for the Christmas break and will reopen on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.
- Placing Orders: You can still place orders between 13th December and 23rd December, but please note that these will not be dispatched until the week commencing 6th January 2025.
